BES College was started in 1972. The college aims to impart value based education at an affordable cost to students, the majority of them being first generation learners. The campus is spread over 4.3 acres and the college has a built-up area of 12152 sq. mtrs. with well – ventilated classrooms, spacious library, well-maintained playground, canteen and lush green campus.
Apart from academics impetus is given to sports, cultural, extracurricular, NSS activities and celebration of national festivals along with observation of important world awareness days which are conducted regularly, where students are encouraged to participate.
The aim of the college is to transform the students into responsible, ethical and self-reliant citizens of society. Keeping in mind the motto of the college “SRADDHAVAN LABHATE JNANAM”, all students interested in pursuing education irrespective of caste, creed, colour, and sex are given admission.
