Ahmedabad University launches dual degree BxMx programme:

On Thursday, Ahmedabad University introduced the BxMx dual degree program, allowing students to pursue a bachelor’s degree in one discipline while simultaneously earning a master’s degree in another within five years. Starting this academic year, the program is available to Arts and Science undergraduates, aiming to provide them with a comprehensive professional education.

“Ahmedabad University is committed to helping students explore their passions and secure employment in their chosen fields. The BxMx program enhances this capability and better prepares students for emerging career opportunities that lie at the intersection of various disciplines,” stated Pankaj Chandra, Vice-Chancellor and professor.

This innovative BxMx program is in line with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020), which promotes creative combinations of degrees to foster critical and analytical thinking and improve employability.
